1.Choice of object (tour, hotel or apartment)
With the help of our search system, please choose the best solution of your tour / object of placement and fill in the booking form. You can also fill in an application for drawing up an individual tour (page Contacts) and we will offer you all possible options.
2. BOOKING
In the booking form print all the necessary information, as well as form of payment that is convenient for you. If booking of the tour or accommodation on mentioned dates is possible - you will receive a confirmation letter on the booking of this facility and details for the prepayment. If booking for any reason is impossible (for example, the apartment is occupied, there is no vacant rooms in the hotel, there are no tours on the needed dates), we will always offer alternatives. Within 24 hours you will receive a response to your request.
3. PREPAY
Order is considered confirmed after the prepayment. For booking an apartment the deposit should be in amount of one night stay cost. For the remaining objects (tours and excursions) prepayment is 100-50% of the order value and should be refined at our managers. After the receiving your deposit we will send you the confirmation of receipt of money and from that moment the selected object is reserved. The remaining sum you are paying after your arrival in cash. If during the time you sent an advance payment, the object has been already booked with another client, we will offer you another similar variant, and if it suits you, book it - if not, we will refund your payment.
4. FORCE MAJEURE
From our side we guarantee that we will not make any changes without consulting you. In case of force majeure it is possible to change the selected object, but only on the object of the same class or a class above, the price can not be changed.
5. TRANSFER
If you order a transfer, then our driver will be meeting you at the airport (railway station) with a sign with your name. He takes you straight to the apartment and help with luggage. The service must be ordered in advance.
6. CHECK IN, CHECK OUT
Check-in time - 14:00
Check-out time - 12:00.
Early arrival is possible if you pay extra day's rent.
Late checkout (until 18:00) should be paid half of the cost of rent day, after 18:00 - extra day's rent. Early arrival and late departure is possible by booking in advance.
7. GUARANTEES
After we receive your payment, we will send you a booking confirmation with your name, dates, information about the selected object (apartment number, address, etc), information on receiving a deposit. If you pay a deposit to our managers in Odessa, we issue a payment receipt with stamp or you can pay the required amount at the bank by our payment processors.
Warning According to the rules of the international payment system VISA, you can always return your payment that is made by credit card, if you paid for the services that were not provided.
8. CANCELATIONS
In case of cancellation deposit is not refundable.
If you change the dates of your arrival the deposit will not be returned. In this case, the previous reservation is canceled, and the apartment may be reserved for new dates. Exceptions may be granted if a change of dates was done a month and more before the arrival.
If you leave before the booked date, the rest of payment is not refundable.
9. METHODS OF PAYMENT
When sending the booking form you should specify a convenient form for you to pay a deposit. In our confirmation email you will receive details on this form of payment fto make the deposit. Below you will see the payment system, that you can use:

Bank transfer
The most long procedure of the above mentioned. Time of receipt of advance payment up to 3 days. Please remember that these days an apartment may already be booked. If you prefer this payment method please contact us and we will send details.
Cash in Odessa
You or your representative in the city may transfer the cash deposit to our office.
